The hotel
Do you have a car park?
There is public parking in front of the hotel. Yes, we have free parking for residents.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. Ashtrays are available in front of the hotel and on the terrace.
Do all rooms have a safe?
Our "Charm" category rooms do not have a safe. The other categories of superior rooms have a safe with a unique code to store your belongings.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
We can provide a baby cot in the room, on request at the time of booking, and subject to availability.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
The hotel has several rooms designed to enable disabled guests to enjoy their stay. The rooms can be accessed by lift and there are no stairs outside the hotel.
Can I eat at the hotel?
We offer a snacking service with quality local products and home-made food. Our menu is visible by QR code on our website, and is available in the lobby of the establishment.
Does the hotel have a bar?
Our bar is located on the ground floor of the hotel, and is open every day until 3am.
The stay
What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrivals at the hotel are from 4pm and departures until noon.
I will be arriving after 11pm, how do I get my room card back?
We have a 24-hour presence. Our night receptionist can welcome you at any time.
What are the breakfast times?
Our breakfast buffet is available on weekdays from 6:30 to 10:00, and from 7:30 to 11:00 on weekends and public holidays.
Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Pets are allowed in the hotel, and must be kept on a leash when travelling. The supplement for a pet is 15€ per day.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
You can enjoy free Wi-Fi (fibre) throughout the hotel.
I want to come for a birthday party. Is it possible to have decorations in the room?
We offer various products and packages that we can install in your room prior to your arrival for events like this. Please contact us directly and we will be happy to organise your arrival with special attention.
The prices
Are tourist taxes included in the price?
The tourist tax is an additional €1.65 per day and per person.
Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late. This guarantee is cancelled when you leave.
When and how will I pay for my stay?
You can pay for your stay at the time of your departure with the following means of payment: credit card, holiday vouchers, cash.

Is it possible to walk around the airfield?
Bicycles are available free of charge for a period of 2 hours. By bike, on foot or for a jog, a path has been laid out along the airfield. We will share with you different routes to take advantage of this large area.
Does the hotel have a terrace?
Our terrace is open in the summer and closed in the winter. It faces the runways of the airfield and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset if you eat or drink on the terrace.
Can I eat outside the establishment?
If you do not wish to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, there are 3 restaurants within walking distance.
How do I get to the hotel from Lille Europe station?
Bus routes 91 and 86 run and drop you off not far from the hotel. You can also contact a taxi that will take you directly to the hotel.
